There must be a reason, maybe someone can enlighten me? Why doesn't the grass in the center go to the edge of the circle? What is the point of the pavers around the edges? They should do something more to make where the road ends and the curbing starts stand out better.

the paver area is a truck apron. This allows large trucks to pass through the round-about.
