The rate of drunk driving is highest among 26 to 29 year olds (20.7 percent)
Another late spring weekend and another couple of impaired drivers taken off the road by APD.
And since they both agreed to take the legally admissible breath test they will need to hire a very good lawyer ... or a magician.
Youssef Elghorf, age 25, will hire his own attorney and had his case continued to next month
Katelyn Demers, age 26, will hire her own attorney and had her case continued to next month

I remember that cop from years ago, he was a drunk driving arrest machine. God help all drunks if he is back on nights.
Two things -- first, I have trouble with arrests under 01 -- pick your targets.
Second, your statistic is wrong -- that's not the percentage of them who drive drunk but the percentage OF THOSE WHO DO. Even back in the 1970's [cringe], the estimate was only that 10% of the drivers on the road - on weekend nights - were drunk.
Thank you consistently posting about how much those that are responsible to protect us from this stuff are absolute and utter failures.
If the priority was safety, we would restrict alcohol purchases like weed. We would not have 2nd, 3rd or more chances. We would never return a license.
If money for the government was the priority, we would keep doing exactly what we are doing.
