Tragic accident occurred a little after 5:00 PM in the heart of Amherst center
The District Attorney's office is referring all questions to the Amherst Police Department concerning the fatal crash in Amherst town center last week that took the life of Andrienne Paquette from Chicopee, who was only 22.

According to Chief Livingstone his department is awaiting the Medical Examiner's office final report but at this point, "it appears to have been a medical issue."
Meanwhile, a friend of the family has started a GoFundMe campaign to help raise money towards the most unthinkable thing loving parents never in their wildest nightmares contemplate: a funeral for their precious daughter.

This loss of life greatly saddens me, no family should ever have to go through this..tragedy..someone so young and promising. R.I.P...
This is why I thank Larry-as a victim of the crime of D.W.I hit & run..I am now crippled for life..was left to die-legally flatlining-for over 20 minutes by the perp-who returned to the scene-but left and did not report anything..I know what this did to me, my family. and I thank Larry for working to SAVE lives-not attempting to take them, like those un-repentant Al Anon forum trolls...I wrote you in for "Congress" on my mail-in ballot-you need to be nominated for..greater work to come !

The hit & run D.W.I drunk driver perp who destroyed my life was the nephew of then Greenfield Police Chief David McCarthy-who with an assist from son officer Sgt Daniel McCarthy-of Greenfield's Confederate flag fame..hid the perp until he sobered up-the illegally un-insured criminal got off the hook-as intended. received on 300 hours of "Pooper Scooper" service-I spent almost two decades in shoddy hell on earth nursing homes-criminals just DO NOT understand that they devalue the very sanctity of life through D.W.I aftermath...no skin off a perps apple-for the victim-a life all but DESTROYED..Society's bad-tolerance for victimization of others-is a REAL crime !

10:18, it sounds like you are a victim pf police corruption,not OUI -- as you yourself state, the police "hid the perp" to enable him to elude responsibility for his crime. Likewise his crime of not having insurance.
Well, that inherently means but for his uncle, justice would have been served.
Your issue isn't OUI but nephews of police chiefs.
If the perp had't bar hopped 4x the night of his hit & run DWI - None of all that would have ever even had a chance ... To come to pass !!!$&& ...think about it ..
