I would hope that the operator of that vehicle would get some obviously needed instruction on how to steer their automobile withing the travel lane. Their driving skill is appalling!
I hope the driver was cited, unless of course it is not a crime in your neck of the woods to drive out of the travel lane of the highway and damage private property.

Just at the top of the little hill above Crocker Farm school (heading North) and almost directly across from Shays Street.
The lone police officer seemed pretty busy so I did not burden her with the "who, what, when, where, why?" routine.
