5 unrelated, time to enforce the bylaw on these frat boys. From their clothes they have plenty of money to pay. Bunch of spoiled rich kids.
And if they dressed shabby you would accuse them of not respecting the court. Sheesh!

and just to think-"someone" calls the cops on the Girl Scouts charity booksale table down the block-without fail-now who would THAT be ??Just Say'n..."Good Neighbors ???" !!!
