Only two arrests over the weekend for impaired driving, which is a little surprising considering Amherst's population almost doubled with the return of our beloved college students.

ReplyDeleteWe all know the students drive drunk a bunch, and many other locals do as well. Beer drive Sunday are far from over. I just thought the irony was worth noting.
Remember, once we get past hating the students....the kid diddler and town meth mom are usually the ones no one expected, look like the future mayor and a soccer mom, your kid ate dinner at their house last week.
Let's tell the truth here. Most of us have driven drunk. With no consequence.
DeleteAre you kidding, why report? I LOVE this report. Always looking for someone I know and getting the name of the perps online is a nice add for the morons who decide to drive drunk. Especially considering all the options, from traditional taxis to the plethora of uber and lyft options.
