Who needs a barometer; I have my neighbor, the DPW. Today they broke out the free sand pile, telling me winter is coming (or maybe it was the snow squall last night.)

    In an effort to trick or treat before the storm arrives - a mother dressed her young kids in costume and took them door to door last night!!! lol

    (and I always thought my mother was embarrassing!)
