  3. Ha Ha, long time resident, first time voter, was too important a vote to toss away....went to poll and cast my NO vote and left a lot of empty circles, cause most of them are corrupt individuals and want to keep wasting tax dollars. Will be so happy to see final tally of votes later tonight, hope mine and husbands' no vote helps defeat this corruption we call Amherst Boards/school boards....!

  4. How is this going to work? If Spence is elected, 3 out of 5 members of the Amherst School Committee will be ACE leaders. They will constitute a quorum of the Amherst School Committee. So, any time they have an ACE meeting, they can't discuss anything that has to do with schools or education without being in violation of the open meeting law.

  5. They aren't all ACE leaders.

  6. Who's not ACE? Sanderson? Rivkin? Spence?

  7. ACE never has meetings -- just a group of folks (from all walks of Amherst) who support excellent schools for all kids. Do you oppose excellent schools?
