It actually decreased because people couldn't access Lincoln or Sunset from Amity directly to the University.<br /><br />I commuted to UMass all through the experiment and found traffic on Amity Street lighter than it had been in ten years. <br /><br />Traffic was especially lighter in front of Larry Shaffer's house on lower Amity.
